Amy provided excellant service by assisting me in finding a condo that was suitable for me, being thorough and most importantly being very dependable. She was there for me any time I needed help, had questions and made time to meet me to look at many places. Basically worked very well with my schedule. I will be going through Optimum [and Amy] again in the future.
I bought my house through Amy Chandler. Amy answered all our calls and questions quickly, and showed my girlfriend and I many properties. We looked a long time before starting the search with Amy. Amy was patient, professional and educated on what needed to be done. The property and out home was not easy and was frustrating at times. This purchase was complicated because it was an estate sale and papers on the land were not as they should be. We had to wait the extra 30 days for clear title to get the clear to get out home.We are in our home and happy we had Amy there to keep us sane.
